In close collaboration with our B2B partners, we carefully refined the proportions by just a few millimeters to create a more intelligent fit for Euro pallets and shipping cartons—maximizing transport efficiency while preserving ideal usability and visual balance.

The team behind Gergerland has specialized in the production of collapsible crates and the development of mold technologies since 2011, focusing exclusively on engineering solutions tailored specifically for this category. Over the years, every structural detail has been continuously refined to achieve superior durability, smoother folding mechanics, and exceptionally clean finishing.
At the core of our production are custom-engineered high-performance steel molds capable of producing a collapsible crate every 12 seconds with remarkable consistency. Thanks to advanced tooling technology, every product delivers precise dimensions, ultra-clean surfaces, zero flash edges, and long-term structural reliability.
We exclusively use premium food-safe polypropylene (PP), fully compliant with European food contact standards. As a mono-material solution, our crates are fully recyclable and designed for long-lasting everyday use. Recycled material options are also available upon request for sustainability-focused projects..
Our production lines support custom colour development and integrated logo embossing directly into the mold itself, creating a permanent and refined branding detail without labels or additional applications.
When packed in cartons, our products are specifically dimensioned to fit Euro pallets perfectly—without carton overhang, wasted pallet space, or the need to remove products from their cartons during shipping or storage. Every proportion has been carefully optimized to maximize logistical efficiency from production to final delivery.
